Medical Director of the Emergency Department
Dr. Marc Futernick is an emergency medicine doctor at California Hospital Medical Center. His specialty in emergency medicine and his responsive and compassionate approach make him a valuable member of the ER team. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and has been in practice for 18 years.
In addition to serving as the Medical Director of our Emergency Department, Dr. Futernick is very involved in the local community and sits on many boards and planning committees. He is one of the head organizers and host of our annual Heart of the City 5K.
