New Tower At Siena Campus Topped Off

Kitchell topped off construction today of a new $160 million five-story hospital tower on the Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican, Siena Campus, in Henderson, Nev., right outside Las Vegas. The new 220,000-square-foot tower, which will bring the total of private rooms to 326, will open in 2016.

Kitchell has already completed the expansion of the NICU (to 26 beds) and built a new 500-space parking garage at the campus, located at 3001 St. Rose Parkway. Additional work on the Siena campus includes the addition of 32 emergency room and observation bays (bringing the total to 56), ER treatment and rapid medical assessment spaces (bringing the total to more than 70 rooms), six new operating suites (bringing the total to 16) and separate entrances for cardiology and cardiovascular services.
