Maternity Tour

Informational orientation through a video tour of our state-of-the-art Family Birth Center. 

Northridge Hospital Medical Center: Recorded Maternity Tour Session

Childbirth Education Series – Virtual Live Classes

Prepare for your child's birth. Class topics include physical and emotional changes, what to expect during pregnancy and birth, techniques for relaxation and breathing, cesarean birth, pain relief options. This is a four-class series that can be joined at any time. Registration is recommended by the sixth month of pregnancy.

Class 1: Stages of Labor: Signs, Symptoms & Emergencies
Class 2: Pain Management/Cesarean Birth
Class 3: Breastfeeding Workshop
Class 4: Postpartum/Parenting

Select Wednesdays, 7 - 9 p.m.

In-Person Breastfeeding Support Group

Offered every Thursday for mothers looking to exchange breastfeeding information and experiences. Led by a Lactation Educator.

Group meets on Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.

Child Safety 101

Tips for coping as new parents, baby safety, reducing hazards, and car seat safety through video presentations. Grandparents welcome!
