Bariatric Nutrition Class

• Second Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am
• Fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:00 pm

For bariatric surgery patients, nutrition plays an essential role in achieving your weight loss and health goals. Our bariatric nutrition class is mandatory as a one-time session prior to your procedure but attendance is permitted as often as you like to refresh or review. The course not only covers the program’s safe eating plan, but also offers tips for the preoperative phase, the hospital stay, and life after surgery. Fill out an online registration form to receive an invite to upcoming scheduled nutrition classes.

Support groups are being hosted via Zoom until further notice. Registrants will not receive the Zoom details immediately, but will receive the information no later than 24-48 hours prior to the seminar date.
