Chemical Recovery Groups

Getting sober is just half the battle. Staying sober is where true victory is won. St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center is here to help you live victoriously, by making sure you have the support you need to get sober and live sober.

Chemical Recovery Groups 

St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center offers after care programs to help graduates of our Chemical Recovery Program maintain their sobriety, build upon their new found life skills, and apply these new skills to their daily life. St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center offers a variety of support groups on a weekly basis. 

 

  • Chemical Recovery Continuing Care Groups 
    In Chemical Dependency Continuing Care Groups, patients and their support person(s) may participate together with other individuals who have successfully completed our treatment program. Our continuing care groups are taught by specially trained staff. Participants are welcomed to remain in the program for up to a full 52 weeks. This groups meets Mondays 5:30 - 7 p.m. or Tuesdays 10:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. at 510 E. Magnolia Street in Stockton.
  • Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings
    Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. This group meets on Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Trailer Classroom.
  • Narcotics Anonymous Meetings 
    The Narcotics Anonymous Support Group meets at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center on Thursdays, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. in the Trailer Classroom.

  • Al-Anon Family Groups 
    The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems. This group meets on Tuesdays, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health, in the Trailer Classroom.
  • Crystal Meth Anonymous Meetings
    Crystal Meth Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other, so they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from addiction to crystal meth. This group meets Fridays from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Trailer Classroom at St.Joseph's Behavioral Health.
