Propeller Health Study at Woodland Healthcare

The Propeller Health (formerly Asthmapolis) study Woodland Healthcare has been involved in has garnered more national attention.

Rajan Merchant, MD, the lead investigator of the trial recently presented a paper at the National Asthma and Allergy Association meeting in Washington, DC. The findings of the study, though still preliminary, confirm the use of GPS enabled wireless inhalers improve asthma care, and results in savings for the patient.

As the study moves forward, Dr. Merchant will continue to provide updates in regards to actual financial savings  per patient at academic conferences.
