Tips and Tools for a Sweet Life: Managing Diabetes is an affordable, patient-centered course designed to encourage interaction and collaboration among participants and educators in a warm, friendly and open environment. Two individual sessions and four group classes, two hours each, are held over the course of 6 weeks on type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Tips and Tools for a Sweet Life: Managing Diabetes sessions. For our pediatric patients age one to 17 and their families, we use a curriculum designed around the needs of young children and their families. Sessions are scheduled based on the number of interested participants.
