Information for International Patients


In order to provide the best care possible, prospective patients will need to undergo a few steps before receiving treatment at our hospital.

Step 1: Contact us

To begin the process, please do one of the following:

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to gather more detailed information.

Step 2: Send your medical records in English

Our physicians will need to review your medical records before any appointment information can be completed. Medical records will need to include:

  • Current diagnosis
  • The most recent Medical Report/Notes. (Including current status/symptoms and treatments).
  • Most recent X-ray, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI and or Angiograms, preferably in CD format (DICOM).
  • Biopsy results (if available)
  • Your contact information

Scanned copies can be e-mailed to us at [email protected]. Hard copies and CDs can be mailed via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your preferred international courier to:

Step 3: Receive your film review and treatment recommendations/second opinion.

If the recommendations or second opinion involves treatment with us, we will work with you to provide cost estimates/payment options or information required for insurance pre-approval. If you are being financed by an embassy, we can facilitate the necessary documents for approval.

Step 4: Set up an appointment

Once all financial requirements have been confirmed, we will contact you to confirm and finalize the time, date and location of your appointment, which physician you will be seeing and other important information you need to know before traveling.

Step 5: Prepare your visa requirements

Once your appointment has been confirmed, we will send an appointment confirmation letter that can be used when you complete your visa application.

Step 6: Make your travel arrangements

We can provide information for travel arrangements upon request.
