Jue Wang

Jue Wang, MD, FACP, is the Section Leader of the Genitourinary Oncology Division at the Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s. Dr. Wang is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Wang’s primary expertise is in the treatment of genitourinary tumors, which includes cancers of the urinary tract and male genital tract, including prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, urethral and penile cancer. 

Dr. Wang’s research focuses on improving the effectiveness of cancer treatment by incorporating cancer-targeting molecules into the treatment of chemotherapyresistant genitourinary cancers. He is a member of American Society of Clinical Oncology, International Society of Gastrointestinal Oncology, International Society of Geriatric Oncology, and the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology.

Dr. Wang received his medical degree and postgraduate education from Suzhou Medical College in China. He completed his internal medicine residency and medical oncology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He received additional cancer research training at The Institute of Cancer Research in England.
