David Row, MD, is a colorectal surgeon with the Dignity Health – Cancer Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is board certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

Dr. Row is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He completed his respective residencies in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery at New York Medical College in New Rochelle, NY and St. Mark’s Health Care Foundation in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Row received further training in colorectal surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY.

Dr. Row has extensive knowledge in colon and rectal surgical procedures. In addition to general proctology and colonoscopy, he utilizes advanced minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) techniques for benign conditions such as constipation, rectal prolapse, and diverticulitis; and malignant conditions such as colorectal and anal cancer. He performs transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS) for rectal lesions and also offers neuro stimulator (InterStim) implantation for accidental bowel leakage.
