Is Someone You Care About Coping With Cancer?
Because you care so much, we invite you to join our free Caring Workshop where support, in a group setting, is focused on YOU. Come feel empowered and inspired. We’ll discuss coping strategies, communication skills, how to refuel emotional energy, nurturing the “new normal”, and other topics. Professional experts will come to share useful information.
“Sometimes, asking for help is the most meaningful example of self-reliance.”
Caring Workshop is facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to ensure an emotionally safe and constructive group experience for those attending. The workshop meets weekly and you are invited to attend as often as you would like. This is YOUR time to learn, be heard, and help others, too.
