Because you care so much, we invite you to join our free Caring Workshop where support, in a group setting, is focused on YOU. Come feel empowered and inspired. We’ll discuss coping strategies, communication skills, how to refuel emotional energy, nurturing the “new normal”, and other topics. Professional experts will come to share useful information.
Caring Workshop is facilitated by a licensed Social Worker to ensure an emotionally safe and constructive group experience for those attending. This is YOUR time to learn, be heard, and help others, too.
“Sometimes, asking for help is the most meaningful example of self-reliance.”
