Connections Support Group provides support, education, hope, empowerment and inspiration. Our group meets monthly and attendance is open. No matter the diagnosis or if you have started treatment or just ended treatment, we invite you to participate.
Connections is facilitated by a licensed social worker experienced in cancer supportive care services. Participants may share their experience(s) with others who have had many of the same thoughts and feelings. Participants are welcome to just listen and observe until they are comfortable joining in.
