You are invited to come learn how to enhance your nutritional, emotional, and exercise health.
LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM is organized by The University of Arizona Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. Discover important tips for how to “re-set” after cancer treatment with guidance from experts in the areas of social work, nutrition, and physical/occupational therapy. Participants will have the opportunity to share with others and sample tasty treats – all for better health.
This program is free for patients of our cancer center who are completely finished with their chemo and radiation treatments. Ask your physician or nurse if you are unsure whether this program is for you.
Classes are held as a 4-week series on Thursday of each week from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
