Spiritual Care

As a service to patients and their families, Dominican Hospital provides spiritual support for all faiths and spiritual traditions.

Reasons for requesting a chaplain may include the need for spiritual counsel, someone to listen to you, prayer, sacraments, spiritual resources, or connecting you to someone from your specific faith tradition, should you desire. The Dominican Hospital Chapel is open from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday and serves as a quiet space for prayer, meditation, and reflection.

Upon admission into the hospital, please let us know if you would like spiritual support or if you would like a visit from a hospital Chaplain.
