We specialize in finding and fixing your heart problems. St. Joseph’s Heart & Vascular Institute is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disorders using advanced technology and diagnostic imaging systems.
At St. Joseph’s, we use advanced digital technology and superior imaging systems to accurately diagnose heart conditions. Diagnostic imaging services include the use of nuclear imaging, electrocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound. We also use diagnostic cardiac catheterization to identify problems within the heart chamber, coronary arteries, heart valves. Electrophysiology is used to record electrical impulses of the heart and study abnormal heart beats. On-site diagnostic and follow-up pediatric cardiology services are also available.
Our team of highly trained doctors, nurses, and technicians provide quality and excellence in the treatment of heart conditions. Cardiac catheterization procedures - coronary angioplasty, coronary stents and rotoblating, are three procedures used to open or repair a blocked coronary artery, which can cause a heart attack. Coronary artery bypass surgery is the most commonly performed surgical procedure. Cardiac surgeons also perform a variety of cardiac valve repair and replacement procedures. St. Joseph's Heart & Vascular Institute is fully equipped with cardiac surgical intensive care units, meaning you’ll receive specialized care in our facility.
