California
Several Dignity Health Medical Groups in California are offering the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible patients. Arizona
Dignity Health Medical Group Arizona is not able to schedule vaccine appointments. Covid-19 vaccines can only be scheduled through the state.

Nevada
The Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada is not able to schedule vaccine appointments. Covid-19 vaccines can only be scheduled through the state. Vaccines to protect against COVID-19 are available now. The FDA has issued Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) for COVID-19 vaccines manufactured by Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson. Distribution of the vaccine is determined by state and local health departments, and Dignity Health/CHI facilities are participating in the administration of COVID-19 vaccines according to local or state distribution plans.
At Dignity Health safety is our highest priority, and we only administer vaccines that are recommended by the FDA as safe and effective.
CDC recommendations indicate a phased approach to vaccine allocation, beginning in Phase 1a with health care workers and residents of long-term care facilities. Phase 1b includes essential workers and people aged 75 and older. Phase 1c includes people over age 65, people under age 65 who have underlying medical conditions, and other essential workers. Counties and states may be in different phases. For more information about when or where you may be able to receive the vaccine, check with your county or state health department. As vaccine supply increases, vaccines may be more widely available to the public in the coming months.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines require two doses, administered three or four weeks apart. When a vaccine is given, information will be provided about when to get the second dose. The Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine requires only one dose.
It is crucial to follow public health guidance to slow the spread of COVID-19, including wearing a mask, handwashing, social distancing, and getting the vaccine when it is available to you. All available vaccines provide extremely strong protection against severe COVID-19 and significantly reduce the likelihood of hospitalization or death. Any vaccine available to you is the one you should consider.
