Leslie Larsen, RN, MSN, CPNP, is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Dignity Health Medical Group Pediatrics – St. Joseph’s.
Leslie is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has special training in managing chronic diseases, including asthma and allergies.
She earned an undergraduate degree from University of Michigan in Journalism with Distinction. Leslie went on to Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing, The City University of New York, to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, (Summa Cum Laude) and continued at Hunter-Bellevue to earn a Master’s of Science in Pediatric Advanced Practice Nursing.
In addition to Leslie’s experience as a Nurse Asthma Care Education (NACE) trainer, she has extensive experience working in the pediatrics field serving at-risk, special needs and underserved children and families. In her role as a PNP, Leslie works to promote wellness by educating parents about the benefits of breastfeeding and supporting families with their feeding plan. Leslie believes that Pediatric Nurse Practitioners play an important role in the care team to offer comprehensive, compassionate, quality primary healthcare.
