Enhance Fitness
Evidence-based program that helps older adults at all fitness levels with balance, stretching, cardio and strength training, all while having fun.

Knitters & Crochet Group
Join the fun with other knitters, and learn how to knit, or develop your skills with hand knitting and hand crocheting for a good cause!

Yin Yoga
All levels. Release tension and relax as you focus on breathing and static stretching that will help the connective tissues in your body.

Gentle Yoga

Chair Yoga
This class is geared for pre-beginners looking to enhance body flexibility, mobility, and increase blood oxygen levels. Each class is customized for the participants present.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
All levels. Learn alignment and foundational concepts to deepen your yoga practice. You will be stretching your entire body with synchronized movement and breathing. Bring a mat, block, and strap, if possible.

Mommy & Toddler Yoga
For moms with toddlers ages 1-4.

Children's Yoga
