Natural birth
Natural childbirth is a way of giving birth by letting nature take its course.
Some women choose to give birth using no medications at all, relying instead on techniques such as relaxation and controlled breathing for pain. With natural childbirth, the mother goes through labor and delivery without the help of medications, including pain relievers such as epidurals.
Vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC)
A VBAC is when a woman has a vaginal birth after having had a cesarean section in a previous pregnancy.
