Shouldn’t you choose your health plan—and doctor—just as carefully? This open enrollment season, as CalPERS members you have a window of opportunity to change your health insurance.

Dignity Health contracted health plans are among the lowest priced options for CalPERS Members

In 2018-19, CalPERS Members have access to Dignity Health hospitals, services and affiliated doctors through the following CalPERS health plan options:

Blue Shield

Western Health Advantage

In addition to offering great value, these plans connect you to a wide network of Dignity Health doctors through Hill Physicians Medical Group, Mercy Medical Group, and Woodland Clinic. These groups are strong choices that offer access to more than 1,200 highly rated doctors.

Make a healthy choice

Open enrollment comes just once a year. Talk to your HR department or Health Benefits Officer about enrolling in a plan that allows you to select Dignity Health affiliated doctors—or to simply make sure your current plan does. For coverage starting January 1, 2019, the Open Enrollment period is September 10, 2018 through October 5, 2018.

If you have a doctor or group of doctors you have been seeing or would like to see, be sure they are in the health plan's network.
