Let’s Talk: Advance Care Planning Class

Dignity holds monthly classes that educate people about what Advance Directives are, why Advance Directive documents are important, and what can happen if you don’t have an Advance Directive. They provide Advance Directive documents to you free of charge for you to complete, assist you in making informed decisions regarding your choices, and educate you on what to do with the document once it’s completed. They also provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for you to mail a copy of your completed Advance Directive back to them, and will make sure it is incorporated into your medical chart at your provider’s office, Mercy Medical Center Redding, and any other healthcare agency involved in your healthcare.
