Legal and Privacy Notices
General visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Children under the age of 14 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Please do not leave children unattended in the hospital lobby or waiting rooms.
In the Family Birth Center, visiting hours for labor patients are 24 hours a day. After delivery, visiting hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. One adult support person may stay overnight. Children are welcome during visiting hours only. All visitors are required to check in at the nurses' station.
In the Intensive Care Unit, visitors are allowed 24 hours a day but are limited to two at a time and only to children over the age of 13. If special needs arise, please feel free to discuss the situation with nursing staff. Flowers are not permitted in the Intensive Care Unit.
Parents may stay with their hospitalized child 24 hours a day in the Medical/Surgical unit. Please see the nurse in charge so we can make necessary arrangements.
The dining room, located on the lower level, is open to visitors at the times listed below. Vending machines are accessible in the dining room 24 hours a day. Guests visiting during patient meal times may purchase a meal in the dining room and take it back to the patient's room, if they so choose.

11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Parking is permitted under the entry canopy at the main entrance for patients entering or leaving the hospital. Vehicles may not be parked in this area for more than five minutes and never at a red curb.
The hospital gift shop, located in the main lobby, is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. The shop carries flowers, cards, candy, toys and other gift items.
To help ensure the good health of our patients and staff, Mercy Hospital of Folsom does not permit smoking in any of its facilities.
