Microdermabrasion can address moderate pigmentation, acne scars, and texture issues. Microdermabrasion cannot treat deep acne scars, brown spots, and wrinkles. However, it is a brief procedure that requires no downtime. Typically reaction to the procedure results in mild redness that lasts less than 24 hours.
