Understanding the Unique Health Care Needs of Children
Our pediatricians focus on delivering care for infants, children and adolescents. Pediatric care encompasses a broad spectrum of health services ranging from preventive care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Most family medicine physicians provide care for children of all ages.
Doctors who provide care for children are advocates for the health and development for every child. Dignity Health Medical Foundation – Woodland and Davis doctors create a nurturing environment, counsel both patients and parents in making healthy choices and provide guidance and education. If a health condition arises that requires care from a pediatric specialty physician, your pediatrician will be there to guide you and coordinate all aspects of your child's care.
We have same day appointments available for those unexpected situations and online appointment scheduling is available for your child’s ongoing health care needs.
