About Us
The Dignity Health Telemedicine Network (DHTN) is headquartered in Sacramento, California. Formerly known as Catholic Healthcare West, Dignity Health is a vibrant nonprofit health care system serving California, Arizona, and Nevada.
DHTN evolved from The Mercy Telehealth Network, a stroke program in the Folsom, California area that was founded in 2008 with a grant from the Elliott Homes Foundation. Over time, more Dignity Health facilities utilized this service, and then hospitals outside of Dignity Health joined as well.
