Kelly Hortel, FNP, is a provider with St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center’s Hepatology Clinic.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and her expertise includes liver disease, cirrhosis and liver transplantation.
With over twenty years of nursing experience in transplant and hepatology, Kelly’s passion for patient care inspired her to become a nurse practitioner, where she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.
As a member of our liver disease team, Kelly applies her unique patient care philosophy to providing excellent care to our valued patients within St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
