Looking at the Whole Person
Our physiatrists look at the whole person and not just one symptom or condition.
A rehabilitation physician, or physiatrist, is a medical doctor who has completed residency training in the specialty of physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Their comprehensive approach to patient care looks at the whole person and not just one symptom or condition. Physiatrists do not perform surgery.
