Pharmacy

Our Retail Pharmacy located at the West Gibson Care Center is now closed and prescription record histories are now available at the Walgreens West Main Street location (10 W Main Street) in Woodland. If you have already transferred your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, they will remain at the pharmacy of your choice. You may also contact Walgreens at (530) 668-8589 for your pharmacy record information.

For patient safety, we are legally required by the State Board of Pharmacy to securely transfer prescription records/history to a licensed pharmacy. This regulation is intended to ensure that the prescription history will be available should a pharmacy need to access it when they fill an active prescription. If you have already transferred your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, there is no action needed on your part. They will remain at the pharmacy of your choice.
