One such solution is a parental and caregiver benefits partnership with The partnership adds to the numerous methods CommonSpirit has identified to provide practical benefits to make home life one less thing to for our employees to stress about, including flexible vacation policies, employee wellness programs resilience initiatives, meditation, and an employee relief fund.

Our partnership with offers benefits to help with child care, after-school care, caring for aging parents, pet care, support for tutoring or distance learning, and much more. Employees have access to:

-A premium membership, offering unlimited access to nannies, babysitters, tutors, distance learning helpers, adult caregivers, pet walkers or sitters, house cleaners, and other services.
-Ten “Backup Care” days, providing discounted in-home or in-center care when regular care is not available.
-Five, $50 “Care Credits” to use toward any care found on
