Our pediatricians care for the specific needs of infants, children and adolescents and advocate for their healthy development. We’ve created a nurturing environment where young patients and their parents can feel at ease while receiving expert treatment for acute and chronic conditions as well as education and guidance in preventive care. Need specialty care? Your pediatrician will determine your child’s needs and coordinate the right care plan with the appropriate pediatric specialist.

Komal Afzal, DO

Philosophy of Care: I believe in preventative care, and Pediatrics embodies the essence of that philosophy. It is far more beneficial for our health to get ahead of a disease process than to do damage control later. I follow and practice the principles of osteopathic medicine, which tell us to treat the patient as a whole person, not just a medical problem. I also think that it is important to let the body self-heal when it can, minimalize interventions to when medically necessary.

Cory Parello, MD

Philosophy of Care: I like to think that I learn from my patients as much they learn from me.  I strive to continue learning throughout my career from all of my patients so I can deliver the care that I would want for my own children.

Jill Parello, MD

Philosophy of Care: Recognizing that each child is different and learning how to provide the best care for them is the first step. I strive to provide the same level of care to your child that I would want for my own child.

Dr. Stephanie Graziani

Philosophy of Care: I want to give children the best beginning of their life that I can. My hope is that both parents and children feel like I create a very warm, welcoming, inviting appointment and that I’ve really spent time with them.

Julia Greenwood, NP

Philosophy of Care: To provide high-quality, collaborative care in a warm, caring environment for patients and their families. I have a nursing background that promotes a holistic, patient-centered, education-focused primary care philosophy.

Jedediah Wheeler, DO

Philosophy of Care: It is my job to be an advocate and a voice for my little patients, to give them the best chance at a healthy and safe life.
