Dr. Tsao is a native of Washington DC and spent his teens in Manhattan Beach, California. He graduated from Cal Berkeley during the tumultuous 60s and received his MD from UC Irvine. At over 30 years, Dr Tsao has the longest established practice of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery on the Central Coast. Dr. Tsao believes in the ethical and professional practice of medicine. He strives to be a good listener and to fully educate patients so they can make informed and realistic decisions regarding cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
