Groups
Throughout the year, Behavioral Health clinicians offer psychoeducational classes and groups to support your mental health. Topics vary, and include classes on The Mindful Way Out of Depression and Anxiety, Learn More, Live Better – a class on coping with chronic illness, Emotional Brain Training, and others. Classes/groups are offered in various locations in Sacramento. The cost will be covered by most insurance with patient co-pay, and private payment is accepted.
