Conditions We Treat

We specialize in non-operative medical treatment of musculoskeletal sports conditions. Common examples of conditions include:

  • Overuse injuries (such as tendonitis)
  • Arthritis
  • Concussions
  • Foot pain and running injuries
  • Fractures related to athletic activities
  • Ankle pain and muscle strains
  • Hip pain
  • Knee pain and knee injuries
  • Rotator cuff injuries and shoulder instability
  • Tennis elbow and throwing injuries
  • Advanced Treatments

Our range of treatments are tailored to the needs of active people of all ages, including:

As opposed to “blind” injections, ultrasound-guided injections allow our physician to place the needle with complete accuracy. This increased precision means he can avoid potential problem areas, and helps to increase effectiveness of the injection.

Activated platelets help in the healing process of many sport-related injuries, including sprains, strains and overuse injuries. While naturally occurring, platelets will help injuries heal over time; the injection of platelet-rich plasma accelerates healing time.
