Dignity Health Physician Network Inland Empire will provide services in a nondiscriminatory manner and make a public declaration of commitment to nondiscriminatory behavior. The provision of health services is not influenced by member race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, mental disability or medical condition, medical history, ethnicity, claims experience, evidence of insurability (including conditions arising out of acts of domestic violence), disability, genetic information, or source of payment.
Dignity Health Physician Network Inland Empire will accept for treatment any patient in any of the health care services that they provide and address member/practitioner allegations of discrimination.
Physicians shall (i) not differentiate or discriminate against patients because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, mental disability or medical condition, medical history, ethnicity, claims experience, evidence of insurability (including conditions arising out of acts of domestic violence), disability, genetic information, or source of payment and (ii) render specialty care services to patients in the same manner, in accordance with the same standards and within the same time availability as offered to non‑HMO patients consistent with existing medical, ethical and legal requirements for providing continuity of care to any patient.
