Why choose Dignity Health Medical Network

Health care decision making process defined

DHMN believes in making quality medical decisions in a fair manner.

  • Utilization Management decision-making is based only on appropriateness of care and service, and existence of coverage.
  • The organization does not specifically reward practitioners or other individuals for issuing denials of coverage.
  • Financial incentives for Utilization Management decision-makers do not encourage decisions that result in underutilization.

Affirmative Statement about incentives, and previously stated documents are available upon request by calling (831) 465-7800 or faxing to (661) 716-9200.  If calling after hours, please leave a voice mail message.  We will return your call the next business day.
