Robert Quinn, MD, FAPMR, FRCPC

Chief Executive Officer, Dignity Health Medical Foundation

Dr. Quinn has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in health care. He previously served as President of Santa Cruz Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical group serving Santa Cruz County in alignment with Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Dr. Quinn received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, his medical degree from McGill University, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Toronto.


Theresa Hylen, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Theresa is an action-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance and growth within large, complex health systems. In 2020, Theresa was awarded the CFO of the Year Award by the Sacramento Business Journal for her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Theresa obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Southern California and her Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Massachusetts.


AC Saechao

Vice President of Human Resources

AC is an accomplished Human Resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience with a passion for creating a positive employee experience. AC started at Dignity Health Medical Foundation in 2008 as a Sr. Labor Relations Specialist then worked as an HR Business Partner, Employee and Labor Director, HR Director, and now Vice President of Human Resources. AC received his BA in Labor Law from the University of California, Berkeley.


Melanie Radko

Vice President of Clinical Support and Patient Safety

Melanie has over 25 years of executive level leadership positions in integrated healthcare systems with a passion for leading organizations in a culture of safety. Melanie joined Dignity Health Medical Foundation in 2014 and has led the organization in operational excellence and standardization through policy management and establishing the fundamentals for a culture of safety. Melanie leads teams focusing on clinical operations, administrative quality, policy administration, clinical programs, patient safety, credentialing and payor enrollment. Melanie received her MBA in Health Care Administration from Golden Gate University and a BS in Audiology and Speech Pathology from the University of Nevada, Reno.


Sonya Araiza, MBA, RN

Vice President of Operations, DHMF Central Coast, CEO, Identity MSO

Sonya is not only the Vice President of Operations for Dignity Health Medical Foundation Central Coast, but also the CEO and co-founder of Identity MSO and Identity Medical Group. She has over 25 years of executive experience in the managed care industry. Sonya is a strategic leader in the Central Coast’s managed health care infrastructure and operations, integrating the services of Independent Physician Associations, local hospital systems and the physician community to optimize patient care. Sonya is a registered nurse and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.


Joe Kim

Vice President Operations, Southern and Central CA

Joe has served in several leadership positions at Dignity Health Medical Foundation implementing strategic plans to achieve excellence in patient care, financial performance and employee and provider engagement. His most recent positions include serving as the Executive Director for the Inland Empire and Northridge regions and the IPA operations of the Dignity Health Medical Network (DHMN). Joe obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Tristan Kouk

Vice President of Operations, Northern CA

Tristan has over 10 years of leadership experience in the ambulatory and medical group setting. During those years he has played a key role in driving rapid expansion, developing provider relationships, collaborating with hospital partners, and improving on the patient experience. Tristan obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Administration degrees from Cornell University.

Vice President of Operations, Sacramento

Robert is an accomplished, results-oriented Senior Healthcare Executive with a track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams committed to a shared vision of patient and population-centered care. Throughout his career, Robert has successfully developed strategies that provide exceptional, accessible patient care. Robert obtained his Bachelor of Science, Radiologic Technology and Master of Public Health Administration degrees from Loma Linda University.
