Lilia Parra-Roide, MD, FAAP, is a physician and Department Chair at the Dignity Health Medical Group Pediatrics – St. Joseph’s.
Dr. Parra-Roide is passionate about sharing her knowledge with residents and medical students. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been with St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center for over 12 years.
Dr. Parra-Roide’s expertise involves general pediatrics, care of children with special healthcare needs, chronic illness and asthma. She has a record of engagement in quality improvement activity in both the inpatient and outpatient arenas and developed a curriculum for quality improvement in the continuity clinic setting.
She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Association of Pediatric Program Directors, Academic Pediatric Association, Arizona Asthma Coalition and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Parra- Rode received her medical degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and additional training in Health care Research Design and Teaching at Arizona State University.
