As part of our commitment to patients, any of our staff are able to help patients when they have questions about billing, referrals or any other concern that may develop during the course of their care.
We also deliver the same high quality services to assist patients who need additional help, whether that is finding a new physician, or navigating an escalated complex issue that requires a neutral advocate.
These services are available to all of our patients and clinics throughout California and they are provided by Dignity Health Medical Foundation Member Services and Dignity Health Medical Foundation Patient Advocates.
