Dignity Health Named Among 150 Great Places to Work in Health Care

SAN FRANCISCO – Mar. 1, 2017 – Dignity Health is proud to announce that it has been named as one of the “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2017 by Becker’s Hospital Review.

"We have an amazing team of people, who serve our patients every day, and it is their dedication to our values and to the communities we serve that make Dignity Health such a great place to work. We value our employees for who they are, not just because of the work they do, but because they are the heart and hands of our healing ministry," says Darryl Robinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Dignity Health. “Development and recognition of our people is the most important thing we can do.”

The organizations included in the list encourage professional development among their employees and promote tomorrow's leaders. Additionally, the organizations on the list have implemented employee recognition programs, mentorship, offer competitive benefits, and provide community support.

The "150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare" list features both health care provider organizations and other health care specific companies.

The Becker's Hospital Review accepted nominations for this list and developed an editorial review process to include organizations that have gone above and beyond to make their hospitals, health systems and companies great places to work.
