Dignity Health in Discussions with UCSF Health

Dignity Health has entered into discussions with UCSF Health to explore transferring ownership of our clinical presence in San Francisco, including St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, and associated outpatient and urgent care clinics.
We want patients to know that nothing changes today. We are at the very beginning of the process and discussions with UCSF Health will continue for several months. Patients will continue to have access to all services and providers, and will receive the same high-quality care they have come to expect from our care sites.
As we move forward, we will be sure to keep our patients and community updated.
