Dignity Health has signed a definitive agreement with UCSF Health to transfer ownership of our clinical presence in San Francisco, including St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, and our associated outpatient clinics.
We want patients to know that nothing changes today. Patients will continue to have access to all services and providers, and will receive the same high-quality care they have come to expect from our care sites. We are working closely with UCSF Health to finalize the details of the transaction, and we are hopeful that the ownership transfer will be complete by late March.
