Patient satisfaction is a priority for us. At Dignity Health Medical Group – Nevada we've been working hard to bring you a better experience when calling into our facilities.
Effective May 29, 2020 our phone system will be enhanced to provide you a more efficient and pleasant experience when you need to reach us. This change will enable us to deliver humankindness through improved features and functionality that we currently do not have, including the following:
User Call Options
The options when calling into our facilities on or after May 29 will be slightly different, so please listen carefully. We have added additional options for you to choose from the main menu so we can make sure we get your questions or concerns addressed as quickly as possible.
If you have a medical question, we have registered nurses available to help triage your care need.
Programmable Call back
Starting in Mid-June, no need to wait on the phone. When you call to schedule an appointment, if the call volume is high, you can program the system to call you back when the next agent is available. This reduces long phone holds.
