Dignity Health Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Clinic specializes in a variety of advanced surgical procedures for heart, vascular, and lung health. Our medical providers have a strong commitment to serve our community by providing a variety of specialized procedures not found elsewhere in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Beyond our surgical procedures, we provide a unique commitment to partner directly with our patients throughout their surgical experience. Surgery can be stressful for patients and families, and we wish to partner with you to provide a seamless pathway to your recovery. To do this we provide 24 hour, 7 day a week medical coverage for our patients.

Chan Jerome (CJ) Park MD,Ph.D, is a surgeon at the Dignity Health Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Clinic.
Dr Park is a Fellowship Trained, Cardiothoracic Surgeon who specializes in matters of the heart including Coronary Artery Bypass graft, Aortic Valve Replacement, Mitral Valve Replacement, Maze procedure, Atrial Fibrillation ablation, and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). Additionally Dr. Park specializes in Thoracic diagnosis like, Video-assisted thoracoscopic Surgery (ATS) (Pleurodesis, Decortication, pericardial window, limited lobectomy mediastinoscopy and vascular techniques such as CEA and EVAR.

Michael Wood, MD, FACS
Michael G. Wood is board-certified in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. A New York native, Dr. Wood completed his fellowship at New York University. While training under the direction of Dr. Stephen Colvin, Dr. Wood developed and refined advanced techniques in mitral valve repair and minimally invasive heart valve surgery. Dr. Wood has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons for his expertise in cardiovascular surgery.
