This clinic evaluates the following conditions, among others. 

• Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain has many possible causes. Some aren't serious and get better on their own in a few days. Others need more testing and treatment. If your pain continues or gets worse, you need to be rechecked and may need more tests to find out what is wrong.
• Allergies: Allergies occur when your body's defense system (immune system) overreacts to certain substances. The immune system treats a harmless substance as if it were a harmful germ or virus. Many things can make this happen. These include pollens, medicine, food, dust, animal dander, and mold.
• Ankle sprain: An ankle sprain is an injury that happens when you stretch or tear the tissues that connect the bones in your ankle. It causes pain and swelling. Treatment is important to help prevent ongoing ankle problems.
• Anxiety: Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling of fear, uneasiness, or concern that something bad may happen. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as trembling, shaking, muscle aches, restlessness, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, sweating, and clammy hands. If anxiety interferes with your daily activities, you may need treatment with medicines (such as antidepressants or antianxiety medicines) and/or professional counseling.
• Arthritis: Arthritis is inflammation of a joint. Symptoms of arthritis may include pain, swelling, redness, warmth, and limitation of movement.
• Asthma: Asthma makes it hard for you to breathe. During an asthma attack, the airways swell and narrow. Severe asthma attacks can be dangerous, but you can usually prevent them. Controlling asthma and treating symptoms before they get bad can help you avoid bad attacks. You may also avoid future trips to the doctor.
• Back pain: In most cases, there isn't a clear cause for back pain. It may be related to problems with muscles and ligaments of the back. It may also be related to problems with the nerves, discs, or bones of the back. Moving, lifting, standing, sitting, or sleeping in an awkward way can strain the back. Arthritis is another cause of back pain.
• Bladder infection (cystitis): Bladder infection (cystitis) is the most common infection of the lower urinary tract. Bladder infection is usually caused by bacteria that get into the bladder by traveling up the urethra.
• Bronchitis: Bronchitis is inflammation and irritation of the airways (bronchial tubes) of the lungs. Coughing is the main symptom. Other symptoms can include mucus (sputum) when coughing, fever, and mild wheezing. Bronchitis is usually caused by infection from a virus (less commonly with bacteria or a fungus). It can also develop after exposure to chemicals or air pollution, including tobacco smoke.
• Cold (Upper Respiratory Infection): Colds are the most common infection of the nose, sinuses, or throat (upper respiratory infection). Colds are caused by viruses. They're spread by coughs, sneezes, and close contact. You can catch a cold at any time of year, but they're more common in late winter and early spring. There's no cure for colds.
• Conjunctivitis: Conjunctivitis is infection or irritation of the mucous membrane that lines the inner surface of the eyelids and part of the front covering of the eyeball. Conjunctivitis (or pinkeye) may cause the white part of the eye to look pink or red and may cause yellow or green drainage from the eye.
• Cough: A cough is your body's response to something that bothers your throat or airways. Many things can cause a cough. You might cough because of a cold or the flu, bronchitis, or asthma. Smoking, postnasal drip, allergies, and stomach acid that backs up into your throat also can cause coughs.
• COVID-19: COVID-19 is a disease caused by a type of coronavirus. This illness was first found in 2019, and then it spread worldwide (pandemic). Symptoms can range from mild to severe. COVID-19 can be deadly.
• Chronic constipation: Constipation may come and go and can cause pain and discomfort. But when it happens for weeks, months, or years, you may have chronic constipation. Chronic constipation can affect the quality of your life. But you can work with your doctor to learn how to manage it with different treatments.
• Chronic cough: A cough is your body's response to something that bothers your throat or airways. Many things can cause a cough. You might cough because of a cold or the flu, bronchitis, or asthma. Smoking, postnasal drip, allergies, and stomach acid that backs up into your throat also can cause a cough.
• Diabetes: Diabetes is a condition in which sugar stays in the blood instead of entering the body's cells, where it can be used for energy. This results in high blood sugar. Over time, high blood sugar can harm many parts of the body. The most common types of diabetes are type 1 and type 2.
• Chronic diarrhea: Chronic diarrhea is having watery stools every day for more than 4 weeks. It's different from temporary diarrhea, which happens to everyone from time to time.
• Earache: Even though infection is a common cause of ear pain, not all ear pain means an infection. If you have ear pain and don't have an infection, it could be because of a jaw problem, such as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain. Or it could be because of a neck problem.
• Ear infection (acute otitis media): A middle ear infection is a problem that happens when germs grow in the space behind your eardrum. This often happens after a cold or a throat infection. It can cause ear pain, fever, and trouble hearing.
• Eye injuries: It's common for a speck of dirt to get blown into your eye, for soap to wash into your eye, or for you to accidentally bump your eye. For these types of minor eye injuries, home treatment is usually all that's needed.
• Flu: Influenza (flu) is an infection, caused by a virus, that makes you feel very sick, often with fever, headache, body aches, and coughing. People often use the term "flu" to describe a cold or a stomach virus. But influenza isn't a stomach problem (although some little children may have vomiting and diarrhea). And it usually feels much worse than a cold.
• Headaches: Most types of headaches usually aren't dangerous. Some headaches may occur again and again, such as: Tension headaches. These are the most common type of headache. They are often caused by stress and emotional strain. Most adults have tension headaches from time to time, and everyone may have different areas of pain. Cluster headaches. Migraine headaches.
• Object in the eye: It is common for a speck of dirt or a small object, such as an eyelash or an insect, to get in the eye. Usually your tears wash the object out. But the speck can scratch the surface of the eye (cornea). If the eye surface is scratched, it can feel as if something is still in the eye. Most surface scratches are minor and heal on their own in a day or two.
• Sore throat: Infection by bacteria or a virus causes most sore throats. Cigarette smoke, dry air, air pollution, allergies, and yelling can also cause a sore throat. Sore throats can be painful and annoying. Fortunately, most sore throats go away on their own. If you have a bacterial infection, your doctor may prescribe antibiotics.
• Upper respiratory infection (URI): An upper respiratory infection (URI) is an infection of the nose, sinuses, or throat. Examples of URIs include colds, influenza (flu), and sinusitis. Common symptoms are a runny or stuffy nose and a cough. Most URIs can be treated with home care. This may include drinking lots of fluids and taking over-the-counter pain medicine. Most people feel better in 4 to 10 days.
• Urinary tract infection: A urinary tract infection is a general term for an infection anywhere between the kidneys and the urethra (where urine comes out). Most urinary tract infections are bladder infections. They often cause pain or burning when you urinate. They're caused by bacteria and can be cured with antibiotics.

This clinic performs the following procedures, among others.

• Blood pressure screening: A blood pressure monitor is used to screen for high blood pressure. A blood pressure cuff is wrapped around your upper arm. The cuff is then pumped up. The cuff is slowly deflated, and the monitor shows your blood pressure numbers. The numbers will be in a normal or high range.
• Ear exam: An ear exam is a thorough check of the ears. It is done to screen for ear problems, such as hearing loss, ear pain, discharge, lumps, or objects in the ear. An ear exam can find problems in the ear canal, eardrum, and middle ear. These problems may include infection, too much earwax, or an object like a bean or a bead.
• X-ray on site
