Bruce Toporoff, MD, is a board certified, fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Surgeon at the Dignity Health Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Clinic.
Dr. Toporoff has advanced training in Thoracic Endografting, Robotic-Assisted Surgery, AtriCure Certification for Atrial Fibrillation, MAZE IV and Convergent Training for the Treatment of AFIB.
He earned his doctorate of medicine from The Statue University of New York, Syracuse, NY. He completed his general surgery residency at S.U.N.Y Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at The University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ.
Dr Toporoff is a board certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience after Fellowship. He has advanced training in Thoracic Endografting, Atrial Fibrillation Surgery and Heart and Lung Transplantation and Mitral Valve Repair.
He is very experienced in coronary revascularization (CABG) using arterial conduits and off-pump techniques. He specializes in cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery.
His patient care philosophy is to match each patient with the safest and best possible procedure to promote longevity and symptom free living.
