The providers at Dignity Health Medical Group Nevada Henderson Primary Care provide continuing, comprehensive healthcare for your entire family, diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions and diseases for patients of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, our family medicine physicians and primary care physicians provide routine health screenings and preventive care to prevent illnesses before they develop. And if a health condition arises that requires care from another specialist, your family doctors will be there to guide you and to coordinate all aspects of your care.

Takema Cox is a board-eligible Family Medicine physician. She earned her Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ. She earned her Doctorate f Osteopathic Medicine from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. She completed her Family Residency at Charles Drew University/LA Department of Health Services, Los Angeles, CA.
