We offer several different groups to teach Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which is a type of therapy to help our patients develop trust, enhance self-confidence and learn new life skills for dealing with problems.

A 2 hour educational group teaching as well as using the four modules of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy: Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. This group can be used as a step down from AIOP but completion of AIOP is not a requirement.
A 2 hour skill process group to help patients implement Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills into their daily lives. A pre-requisite of this group is knowledge of DBT from DBT 101, PHP, IOP, etc.

A 1 ½ hour group for children ages 8-13 to learn tools to help with social interaction.
A four-week skills training course to improve communication skills in marriage. Group is 2 hours long once a week. Engaged couples as well as couples who have been married for 20+ years can benefit from this educational group.
A four-week skills training course to help parents regain control of their children and improve family relations. Group is 2 hours long once a week.
