February serves as an annual reminder to check heart health using Dignity Health Central Coast's free online cardiac risk assessment

Take our Free Online Cardiac Risk Assessment

CENTRAL COAST, CA – February 3, 2020 – Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, which is why Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (AGCH), French Hospital Medical Center (FHMC), and Marian Regional Medical Center (MRMC), Dignity Health Central Coast hospitals, are offering a free online assessment to encourage individuals to learn more about their risk for heart disease and how to prevent it.

There are many factors that affect your risk for developing heart disease. With the answers to a handful of questions, our free, confidential assessment will help identify medical conditions or lifestyle choices that may increase the risk and outline steps to help reduce that risk.

Those that complete the assessment receive a report that to share with their primary care physician. It includes a summary of their results, isolates their key risk factors and helps them understand what they can do to improve their heart health.
