Marian Regional Medical Center, Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, and French Medical Center, are committed to supporting positive community initiatives, organizations, and programs that improve the health and well-being of all citizens we serve.

We are dedicated to furthering the principles of our healing ministry by funding programs that serve the poor and needy, that seek to enhance health and wellness, and those that champion education.

While supportive in spirit of all approaches that encourage positive community improvements, we are limited to providing financial support to projects we view as most closely aligned with our core mission and values.

Key Sponsorship Focus:

  • Supporting positive community initiatives, organizations, and programs that improve the health and well-being of all citizens.
  • Funding programs that align with the healing ministry principles: serving the poor and needy, enhancing health and wellness, and championing education.
  • Projects must closely align with the hospitals' core mission and values.

Application Process:

  • Complete the sponsorship application and submit all required supporting documentation.
  • Note: Requests lacking supporting documentation will not be considered.
  • Submission Process: The streamlined sponsorship request form is available for download only during the active application windows.
  • All forms, flyers, sponsorship package, and updated W-9 must be submitted via email to [email protected]
  • Alignment: Support is prioritized for initiatives focused on health and wellness, programs serving the poor and disenfranchised, educational programs, and community-based nonprofits.
  • Review Timeline: The Sponsorship Oversight Committee meets quarterly to review requests; applicants will be notified of the outcome via email after the application window closes.

There are two periods during which sponsorship applications can be submitted:

The first application period is open September 1 - October 31 for events occurring January 1 - June 30.

The second application period is open March 1 - April 30 for events occurring July 1 - December 31.

We Do Not Fund or Sponsor: To ensure our resources are directed most effectively, kindly note we do not fund or sponsor:

  • Requests from individuals or for-profits
  • Programs that are inconsistent with our core values
  • Out of area organizations or most entertainment events
  • Political action committees or political campaigns

Additional Important Details:

Timeliness is Key: No applications will be considered outside of the designated time windows. Please ensure you submit your application during the appropriate period for your event.
Availability of Form: The sponsorship request form will only be available on our designated platform during the active application windows.
Thorough Review: The Sponsorship Committee will carefully consider each application after the sponsorship application period is closed.
Notification: You will receive email notification of the outcome of the committee’s decision.
