SANTA ROSA, CA – December 6, 2017 – Marian Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the outstanding $150,000 donation received today from Cruzin’ for Life to benefit Marian Cancer Care patients at Mission Hope Cancer Center.  This afternoon, Cruzin’ for Life volunteers and board members held a check presentation and announced their record-setting lifetime giving total to Marian Cancer Care at Mission Hope Cancer Center with hospital leaders, oncologists, medical staff, and hospital board members looking on.

The 14th Annual Car Show and Cruise event generated enough to surpass the $1,000,000 mark in funds raised for Mission Hope Cancer Center. Previous Cruzin’ for Life donations had totaled $931,000, and with the addition of this year’s $150,000 donation, the total overall donation to Mission Hope Cancer Center is an astounding $1,081,300!  This donation is the largest amount that Cruzin’ for Life club has gifted to any organization since its inception in 2004.  The incredibly generous donation will benefit local cancer patients during the course of their treatment, such as assistance with transportation and housing.
