At the Medical Clinic at Peach in San Luis Obispo our experienced team of Primary Care and Internal Medicine Physicians offer diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, the management of long term, acute and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypothyroidism and heart disease. We offer guidance on preventative care, immunization, health maintenance with patient education and screening programs. Our office has a nurturing environment with friendly staff that is always ready to help in any patient care needs.

Chad Fuller, MD – Family Medicine
Dr. Fuller is Board Certified in Family Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Ascension Providence in Michigan. He was chosen by his peers to be Chief Resident for his residency program and
mentored newer residents and medical students. Dr. Fuller is an active member in the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Fuller, his wife and their son enjoy building sandcastles at the beach, hiking, and spending time with their rescue dog Beaker.
Dr. Fuller says he chose family medicine because of the relationships that are built between himself and his patients of all ages. Being able to bond with his patients is satisfying and caring for multiple generations within one family allows him to get to know the people he cares for and the dynamics within their community. He has a passion for adolescent medicine as well as sports and musculoskeletal medicine.
Scott Negri, MD – Family Medicine
Dr. Scott Negri is a graduate of the Univ of Utah College of Medicine and completed Family Medicine Residency at Wake Forest University in 1994. He has served the patients of San Luis Obispo county since 1994. He enjoys his long term relationships with patients and helping to meet their health care needs. He believes good outcomes often come from an ongoing and collaborative ,deliberate process of which patient directed effort and choices are key. He feels fortunate to have the support of a wonderful medical community; From Emergency and Specialty care, to all of the allied health professionals.In 2020, his patients voted him Doctor of theYear in the New Times SLO publication.
Jessica Gash, PA
Jessica Gash is a Physician Assistant working in Family Medicine. She graduated from Pepperdine University summa cum laude with a B.S. in biology and a B.A. in psychology. She then completed her graduate degree at Stanford University to become a Physician Assistant. She moved to the Central Coast to be closer to family and put down roots. She is passionate about family medicine, patient experience, and preventive healthcare.

Randall Silver, DO – Family Medicine
Dr. Silver is a board certified Family Medicine Physician with more than 32 years of experience and has been practicing medicine on the Central Coast since 2008. Dr. Silver earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California and completed his Family Medicine Residency and Internship from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He enjoys promoting good health and encourages his patients to incorporate lifestyle changes that promote quality sleep patterns, balanced diet and exercise in addition to whatever medical care they may need. In his spare time Dr. Silver loves spending time with his family and loves the outdoors, golfing, hiking and jogging.
Dr. Silver enjoys getting to know and caring for his patients while sharing in their preventive health care decision making process.
